Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
The CIC program provides an advanced level of study for both company and agency personnel. This is the most practical insurance education program on the market today. Each institute includes two days of classroom instruction, followed by an optional examination. There are seven topics to choose from and after succesfully passing five out of the seven exams, participants are conferred as CIC designees. To earn the CIC designation, five institutes must be completed within five calendar years after passing the first examination. One CRM class may be substituted for one CIC class.
Practical, hands-on information taught by insurance practitioners makes the Certified Insurance Councelor program the agent's choice for continuing education. The CIC program consists of seven Institutes: Commercial Property, Commercial Casualty, Personal Lines, Agency Management, Life & Health, Commercial Multiline and Insurance Company Operations. We also offer the James K. Ruble Graduate Seminars (for those who have already achieved the CIC designation).
* Advanced curriculum is designed for experienced insurance professionals
* The prestigious CIC designation is a true mark of excellence
