From the Executive’s Desk

As we wind down 2021 and look back over the last year, it certainly has been a challenge for PIA and for your agency, but together we have made it through and moved forward.

We found ways to continue to provide you with quality education even when we could not meet in person. As we move into 2022, we will be offering hybrid classes so that those who want to attend in person can do so, while those who prefer to take the class virtually can do that.

Our convention in August was well attended and the enthusiasm was thru the roof. We were able to offer several classes, a robust trade fair and a fantastic opportunity to network. Next year, we will return to our usual timeframe of late June at the newly renovated Sheraton Oceanfront Virginia Beach.

Our Young Professionals continue to meet and network most recently at the Hardywood Brewery. The new YPC Chair, Jason Kilgo, has some great plans for this group. Stay tuned for updates!
