Dress Code

Casual

Business casual Hawaiian style for Closing Celebration (no shorts)

Comfortable shoes for tradeshow and boardwalk walking

Sweater/jacket for cooler hotel ballrooms

First Time Attendees and Agents

First time attendees and agents will have a "First Timer" ribbon on their badge.

All agents have a PIA registration badge with a BLUE dot.

Some bars are cash bars, others are hosted by PIA.

Beachside Social

Thursday, July 27, 3-5pm (currently SOLD OUT)

$40/person; proceeds benefit Special Olympics Virginia

Shuffleboard, Bocce, Board Games

PIA will provide light appetizers and drink tickets.

Free Trade Fair

No activities conflict with the free Trade Fair.

Agents should visit each exhibitor to learn the benefit of their products and services.

Trade Fair cards (for agents only), received at check-in, should be initialed at each exhibitor.

Completed cards qualify for cash grand prizes at the close of the Trade Fair. Only agents are eligible for prizes.

Door prizes will also be awarded throughout the event to agents who are present.

Refreshments are available throughout the event.

Hotel Parking

There is a 1000 space parking deck attached to the hotel.

If you booked your reservation in the PIA room block, there is no charge for self-parking in the Hilton garage.

Pull a parking ticket and bring to front desk when checking out to have ticket validated.

Parking for others is available at the prevailing rates established by the City of Virginia Beach.

Cash Prizes

Drawings throughout convention.

Registrants are automatically entered.

Awards Dinner

Dress code is business casual, Hawaiian style. Shorts not allowed at Thursday banquet.

Dinner will be general seating.
