Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)

Often referred to as human resource malpractice coverage, it puts the employer and employee in the direct line of fire for things such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, failure to hire, failure to promote and the list goes on.  No agency should be without this important coverage and it can be added to all of our standard E&O policies.  Limits up to $1,000,000 with premiums as low as $100.  Coverage includes full prior acts, 3^rd party, and defense outside the limit.  An EPLI application is required in most cases.  We also offer the coverage on a standalone form through Great American Insurance Group.  Premium is based primarily on the number of employees.
