Agency Member

The primary contact for an agency who is engaged in the insurance business. Also the main name on the annual dues invoice.  Agency membership receives all PIA of VA & DC benefits and includes PIA National dues.

Agency Membership dues is based on total number of full-time, P&C licensed agents.

L&H or part-time agents need not be included.

Agencies less than 3 years old qualify for a "New Agency" discount.

Company Member

Officers, representatives or employees of an insurance company or any other individual affiliated directly or indirectly with property/casualty insurance business.

Membership dues is a flat rate regardless of how many company individuals are enrolled.

Annual Dues are per company.

$650 / Year

Associate Member

An organization that does not fall into either of the Agency Member or Company Member categories.  Annual Dues are per company, not individual.

Membership dues is a flat rate regardless of how many associate individuals are enrolled.

Annual Dues are per association.

$200 / Year

Retired Member

An individual no longer in the insurance business but was an active PIA member at one time.

$35 / Year
